Last Thursday we have our 50-people team of Dünenhof a company outing made to Bremerhaven - first visited the port and then the house climate. That was absolute peak for me with some very emotional moments.

You sit in an igloo and is connected by the Inuits screen, listening to their stories of whaling and the changing times. Or you crawl into an African hut and watched the village women in traditional Tanz zu. Ja Afrika... da habe ich mich besonders lange aufgehalten, um in Gedanken bei meiner Tochter zu sein, die gerade im Kongo ist. Mehr als einmal kamen mir die Tränen. Nicht nur ihretwegen... Viel stärker als jemals zuvor habe ich wahr genommen, dass wir Menschen auf unserem Planeten alle in einem Boot sitzen. Ich fühlte mich verbunden mit ihnen - jeder versucht doch nur, zu leben, manchmal zu überleben. Und doch sind da so viele zerstörerische Dinge am Werk - Klimawandel war ein großes Thema, Ausbeutung, Umweltzerstörung, aber auch Krieg. Aber es wurden auch Perspektiven aufgezeigt, Hoffnung geweckt. Besonders schön fand ich die vielen wunderbaren Zitate, die immer wieder mal auftauchten. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, dieses interactive "museum" to experience again - but you need much time for it. In the five hours we were there, I still can not see everything and try. But more I would not have coped.
are then we all went to a great Mexican - cocktails and a three-course meal. Given us a sense of our invited guests, because everything was paid for by their tips in a year.
